FRODO is a lightweight wheelchair with an aluminium frame, designed for everyday use by people with reduced mobility. The possibility to individually adjust key components allows the wheelchair to be adapted to the user’s needs, providing greater stability, better control and comfortable everyday use. The model is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Adapted to the user’s needs
One of the key features of FRODO is the four-direction adjustment of the rear wheel position – forward, backward, up and down. The front wheel position and angle, backrest height and attendant handle height can also be adjusted. This makes it possible to adapt the wheelchair configuration to the individual needs of both the user and the attendant.
The footrest length and anti-tip wheel length can also be adjusted; these components are available as optional equipment.
Lightweight construction and easier transport
The aluminium frame keeps the wheelchair weight between 11.30 and 11.50 kg, depending on the version. The frame and backrest can be folded, while the 24” rear wheels feature a quick-release function for easy removal. These solutions make the wheelchair easier to prepare for storage and transport.
FRODO is available in three seat widths: 44, 46 and 49 cm.
Safety and control while moving
The model is equipped with parking brakes and attendant brakes. A safety belt provides additional support for the user during use.
FRODO features 24” solid rear wheels with handrims and 8” solid swivel front wheels.
Optional equipment includes removable, height-adjustable armrests, anti-tip wheels, footrests with calf protective straps and breathable upholstery with a backrest pocket.
Who is it for?
FRODO is designed for people who have difficulty moving independently, as well as users with dysfunctions and reduced mobility.
The wheelchair can be self-propelled using the handrims or pushed by an accompanying person. It is therefore suitable both for active wheelchair users and for people who require assistance with everyday mobility.
