DRIFT-TIM is a lightweight wheelchair with an aluminium frame, designed for people with reduced mobility. Adjustable components allow the wheelchair to be adapted to the user’s individual needs, providing better control, greater stability and a more dynamic, active ride. The model is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
What makes it stand out?
Adapted to the user’s needs
DRIFT-TIM features centre of gravity adjustment on the front and rear wheels, allowing the wheelchair settings to be adapted to the individual needs of the user. The profiled armrests are height-adjustable, providing an additional adjustment option.
The rear wheels are equipped with a quick-release mechanism, allowing them to be removed easily.
Lightweight construction and easier transport
The aluminium frame keeps the wheelchair weight at 11.73 or 11.78 kg, depending on the version. The frame can be folded, while the backrest features an additional folding mechanism, making the wheelchair easier to prepare for storage and transport.
When folded, the wheelchair is 34 cm wide.
DRIFT-TIM is available in two seat widths – 43 and 46 cm – and in two frame colours: red and green.
Safety and control while moving
The model is equipped with parking brakes and attendant brakes, giving the accompanying person additional control when pushing the wheelchair. The seat is also fitted with a safety belt.
DRIFT-TIM features 24” solid rear wheels with handrims and 8” solid front wheels.
Optional accessories include anti-tip wheels, footrests with a safety strap and breathable mesh upholstery.
Who is it for?
DRIFT-TIM is designed for people who have difficulty moving independently, as well as users with dysfunctions and reduced mobility.
The wheelchair can be self-propelled using the handrims or pushed by an accompanying person. It is therefore suitable both for active wheelchair users and for people who require assistance with everyday mobility.
