Product description
Anti decubitus mattress minimizes pressure on the body parts which are most at risk of bedsores and allows avoiding or reducing them by constant change of support points of the person lying in bed.
Switching the mattress into the STATIC mode turns off the antibedsore function, all chambers are then supplied with air under constant pressure.
The mattress then provides a firm surface that makes it easier for the patient to transfer or reposition. The static mode prevents the patient from bottoming out when in a sitting position.
This mattress is used in anti-decubitus prophylaxis and treatment of bedsores up to stage I (according to NPUAP / EPUAP).
